Affordable housing in Colombia is generally delivered with basic to no finishes at all. Owners take years to finish their units as they struggle to find financing, design, and accessible construction options. Leveraging technology and innovation, in AKAVIS we are completing affordable housing in Colombia by connecting owners with potential lenders and providing design and construction services through a one-stop web-based solution. Ultimately, enabling affordable homeowners to finish their units in a meaningful way while demolishing the constraints they face today when accessing quality housing.
