This project solves problems of human resource for gaining skill in India and Indonesia. Problems include accessibility, distance, financial and health.
Accessibility.
No accessibility of course, education institution or government requires by learner nearby. High financial expenditure in accommodation, cost of living and tuition fees for accessing education institution or government which locates at far distance causes financial burden.
Distance.
Learner nowadays with far distance of home from education institution or government, but learner is able to arrive with transportation. Parent of learner is unable to send child to class at education institution or government while parent is working, especially during weekdays. High tuition fees since retake education system launches in higher education level causes learner works part time, for household necessity and education fees.
Financial.
Since retake education system and Turnitin launch, student requires to fulfill examination grade system and grade point average, in order to graduate. Hence, education fees increase. Learner seeks for more education loan offers by government compares to time before such retake education system and Turnitin launch. Sometimes, learner seeks for bank loan to pay education fees. Besides that, learner even seeks for free education of K-12, primary, secondary and higher education levels with certification upon graduation. Throughout research of my study in master of business administration (General management.), I invented innovation projects which registered in Turnitin. These inventions are highly recommended. This project addresses the existence of illness from H1N1, minerals in water, insect and animal. Apart from that, this project addresses issue of soil pollution. Besides that, this project addresses advancement of telecommunication. By the way, pilotless plane or airplane and driverless plane or airplane are types of vehicle which design for underwater or sky and operate by driver or without driver. Driverless plane or airplane is a type of autonomous plane or airplane which operates through remote controller. This project addresses advancement to capture image and video from sky, light performance in a dark, rescue people with light and announcement features, perform colorful spray performance in sky and others. Moreover, pilotless plane or airplane is a type of plane or airplane without driving by any occupational pilot, but a normal driver.

This project introduces drinking water for gargling, especially in brushing teeth to avoid minerals in water from flowing into human body. This project introduces greenhouse farm (Vegetation.) or indoor farm (Vegetation.). Pest repellent machine repels insect and animal for avoiding most of the illnesses from animal and insect, such as H1N1. Temperature controller produces vegetation during winter. Soil pollution problem arises nowadays. Hydroponic is recommended in growing vegetation. Organic farm promotes cleaner vegetation without the part inside or near to soil. This project introduces vegetarian food and drink for avoiding most of the illnesses from animal and insect. Standards of food, soup and drink are recommended as cook or boil at 100 degrees Celsius. Meal and dining accessory serves in one person without sharing with other people at canteen, restaurant and cafe. This project introduces wireless and satellite networks for advancement in telecommunication. This project introduces pilotless plane or airplane to capture photo or video, light performance in a dark, rescue people with light and announcement features, perform colorful spray performance in sky and others. Throughout research of my study in master of business administration (General management.), I invented innovation projects which registered in Turnitin. These inventions are highly recommended. Greenhouse farm (Vegetation.) or indoor farm (Vegetation.) is a farm inside a building with controls of temperature which suitable for growing vegetation during winter. This greenhouse farm (Vegetation.) or indoor farm (Vegetation.) facilitates with pest repellent machine which prevents insect or animal that repels by pest repellent machine from vegetation, in order to eliminate infection of disease which spreads by insect or animal, such as H1N1 from spreading on vegetation in greenhouse farm (Vegetation.) or indoor farm (Vegetation.). Soil pollution problem arises nowadays. Hydroponic is recommended for growing vegetation in greenhouse farm (Vegetation.) or indoor farm (Vegetation.). Vertical farm with multiple or single level of farm is recommended as a design of greenhouse farm (Vegetation.) or indoor farm (Vegetation.). Due to hygiene of food, vegetation grows at a higher level from waist of farmer. Solar energy facilitates the technology facilities in greenhouse farm (Vegetation.) or indoor farm (Vegetation.) for lesser electricity bill consumption.

How are you and your team well-positioned to deliver this solution?
I am a researcher who graduated from SEGi University. I studied master of business administration (General management.) with open book examination, online and classroom learnings. I graduated with bachelor of business information technology, from Coventry University. I am a chess athlete with international recognition.
My father - Lim Chor Kooi graduated with master of management, from Open University Malaysia recently. He researched the influence or impact of information technology on school performance as thesis. He graduated with bachelor of human resource management in distinction, from Open University Malaysia.
My father was a teacher for English language subject before promoted as vice principle and principle of primary schools, from ministry of education Malaysia. My mother was a teacher for Chinese language subject of secondary school, from ministry of education Malaysia. She was a moderator for Malaysian certificate of education and lower secondary assessment examinations in Chinese language subject. My father trains student in comprehension for English language subject of primary school level. In the meantime, my mother trains student in comprehension for Chinese language subject of secondary school level.

What is your approach to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive leadership team?
Education improves my knowledge. I graduated with background from information technology and business schools. I gain knowledge through textbooks for my education of higher education level and books from libraries of universities and college during my education of foundation, degree and master mostly. This inspires my new idea. This project introduces innovations in improving human resource management.
