Mr. Suraj Meiyur

Thanks for the question. As far as managing each of the products is concerned, we have packaged both the products (Coding for Students and Digital Literacy Skilling for semi-skilled and unskilled workers) in one single app - ProGame. One of our premises is that the chances of the parents of students whom we are reaching out to, to be semi-skilled or unskilled workers are fairly high. So, if our ProGame app gets downloaded by students while at home, the app is, in all likelihood, downloaded on the parents' mobile phone. After the students use the app to learn to code and practise what they learnt at school, the parent(s) can use the same app (with a different login though) to learn digital literacy skills. We are calling this the parents' login. We have started to let the students in the ongoing (and future) workshops know that there is a special login for parents as well wherein they can learn digital literacy skills in a self-paced manner. This way, app discovery becomes easy for adults willing to learn digital literacy skills and our cost of acquisition of customers also decreases drastically.

As far as the second part of the question is concerned, currently, our business model is centered around selling our solution to NGOs, Foundations, CSR Teams and Govt. bodies through whom the app reaches underserved students. Initially, we are offering the parents' login to the adults in the family for free of cost and look to monetize through ads revenue wherever possible. In the near future, the parents' login can be charged to the adult for as little as $1. Further, upselling of advanced/specific digital literacy courses exclusively for semi-skilled and unskilled workers can be offered to these adults enrolled in the ProGame app.
